How to configure and troubleshoot your availability on iClosed. It explains how to launch the troubleshooter, select specific events to troubleshoot and identify events booked on your Google Calendar.

Configure & Troubleshoot Availability

Set your availability and timezone in iClosed

• Navigate to Availability
• Switch the slider for the day you want your availability to be active and set your availability on iClosed

Click 'Copy this day's time to...' to replicate the availability settings for the chosen day and extend them to other days as needed and click 'Apply' button

• You can choose the events for which you wish to activate your availability from the dropdown menu.

• Choose the timezone that aligns perfectly with your availability

Press 'Save Changes' button to save your configuration

Troubleshoot Your Availability

Go to Availability and Click "Launch troubleshooter"

By default "All events" option and current day is selected

You have the option to choose specific events on which you wish to troubleshoot your availability. After selecting your desired option click on 'Apply' button

Open the "Select Date" dropdown to choose the date you intend to troubleshoot

Any events that are booked on your Google Calendar outside of iClosed will be indicated with a Google Calendar icon

Any events that are booked on your Google Calendar from within iClosed will be indicated with a iClosed icon

Troubleshoot the Availability of your team?

Navigate to Availability

Click on the "My Calendar" dropdown located with the "AI scheduler" heading. From the dropdown list, choose a specific closer for whom you wish to assess availability. This action will enable you to easily review and update the availability of the selected closer.

Click "Launch troubleshooter"

By default "All events" option and current day is selected
