How can i disqualify a lead?

How disqualification works?

Click on "Disqualification" and then Click "+ New condition"

  1. To implement disqualification based on country code, ensure that a phone number question is included in the list of invitee questions.

  2. To apply disqualification to invitee questions, the questions must be in either radiobox or multi choice format.

You have the capability to disqualify prospects (lead) who provided multi-choice or radio button selections. Additionally, you can apply specific disqualifications based on the country code.

Tip: OR and AND Conditions in Disqualification:

  1. In the case of an AND condition, both invitee questions must have true responses for the disqualification condition to activate. If both answers are true, the user will not be able to schedule a call.

  2. In an OR condition, if at least one of the invitee questions has a true response, the disqualification logic will be triggered, preventing the user from scheduling a call.

3. 💡 Prospects that have been disqualified will not have the option to schedule a meeting even after completing the questionnaire. If they meet the disqualification criteria, they will encounter this screen.

4. After getting disqualified, prospects (lead) will automatically added to your Global data with the status of disqualified. Additionally, you can effortlessly transmit this data to your CRM for future outreach purposes.
