Restricting Call Bookings within a Specific Time Frame:
You can restrict an invitee from booking a call within a specific time frame. For instance, if you set the "Guest cannot schedule within" to 2 hours, the invitee will not be able to schedule a call within the next 2 hours on the current day.
On the event scheduler for the current day, time slots within the next 2 hours will be unavailable. Invitees will only see and be able to select available time slots that begin 2 hours from the current time.
Setting Event Time Restrictions
To restrict scheduling for an event:
Open the event you wish to modify.
Click on the "Event Time & Limits" heading.
Find the option labeled "Guest cannot schedule within."
Set the time restriction to 2 hours.
In your event scheduler, time slots within the next 2 hours will no longer be displayed as available for scheduling.
