How to add more than one SMS or email reminder?

To add more than one SMS or email reminder:

1. Click on the "Edit" button next to the SMS or email reminder.

2. Click the "Add Another Reminder" button and set the desired time.

3. You can add up to 5 reminders per call scheduling.

4. Click the "Save Changes" button.
