This guide explains how to add multiple SMS reminders using iClosed. It provides step-by-step instructions on editing the SMS content, activating the SMS feature, and adding multiple reminders.

How to create a workflow for sending email notifications?

How users can efficiently automate their email notifications, and email reminders and improve their communication processes.

  1. Navigate to https://app.iclosed.io/app/ai-scheduler and Click "Automations"

2. Click "Create Workflow"

Workflows: Specifying the triggers and conditions that will determine when the emails or text messages are sent. For example, you can set up triggers to send a welcome email to invitees when they first register for the event.

3. Add Workflow Details

Click the "Enter workflow name" field and enter workflow name

4. Click "Select event" dropdown to choose events on which you want to apply this workflow and select 'next' button

5. Set Trigger Click the "Select an option" dropdown and choose the desired trigger.

There are 5 triggers

  • After new event is booked

  • Before event starts

  • After event starts

  • After event ends

  • After event is cancelled

6. Now, you need to specify the duration after which the trigger should activate when the specified condition is met.

  • Immediately after the "Trigger condition" met

  • Manually enter the time in minutes or hours after the "Trigger condition" met

Click on the next button to setup your trigger Click "Next"

7. Setup Action Click "Select an option" to add action when he trigger conditions will met

8. There are two options for adding actions

  • Send email to invitee

  • Send email to host

9. You can choose the Language of email template from one of the following

  • English

  • French

  • Japanese

10. Select an email template that will be sent to your recipient. You can either create a custom template or choose from the available templates.

11. You have the flexibility to personalize the content of any template. iClosed also offers the option to incorporate essential variables, allowing the content to be dynamic and adaptable.

12. Click "Save changes" button to save template and workflow changes


Important:

  1. Ensure that the account owner has linked a card with iClosed containing adequate funds, as the SMS feature relies on this for operation. Visit "https://app.iclosed.io/app/settings/billing" and verify that the correct card, with sufficient funds, is associated.

  2. Before utilizing this feature, please familiarize yourself with the SMS costs, which are contingent on the lead's geographical region. Refer to the "Pricing of SMS doc" for details.

  3. By default, SMS visibility is limited to Sales Managers and Super Admins, but you can grant access to specific team members (How to manage permissions for SMS reminders)
