This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to limit the number of calls a closer can take using iClosed. Admin can improve performance by automatically removing closers who reach a maximum call limit.

Streamline events and improve performance by adding rules to your events and automatically remove closers if they reach a max call limit or if they are not meeting the stop loss criteria of the event.

1. Navigate to https://app.iclosed.io/app/ai-scheduler and Click "Automations"

2. Click this icon.

3. Click "Maximum number of calls"

4. Click the "Rule name" field to enter Rule name

An event can have only one rule of the same type. If you don’t see the event in the events dropdown, you might have already applied a rule of the same type to that event.

5. Click "Select events" dropdown to select the events on which you want to apply the Rule and then the number in the field"Enter the max number of calls"

Maximum number of calls: The number of calls a closer can get for each selected event

6. You can precisely filter out individuals to whom you do not want to apply the rule by selecting "Inactive" from the dropdown menu

7. Click "Create Rule" button to create new rule
