How to Add Notes While Adding a Call Outcome?

To add notes when setting a call outcome, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Scheduled Calls" tab and select "Past Calls."

  2. Click on the "Add Outcome" button next to the call for which you want to add an outcome.

  1. Select the desired outcome (e.g., "Won," "No Sale," etc.).

  2. Choose an objection from the provided options, if applicable.

  3. In the notes section, enter any additional information or comments relevant to the call outcome.

  4. Click the "Add Outcome" button to save the outcome and notes.

Your notes will be saved along with the call outcome.
