How do I filter contacts whose initial status was potential lead?

1. Open the "Contacts" page under Global Data.

2. Click on the "Add Filter" button. The advanced filters list will open on the right side.

3. Click on the "Contacts" filter.

4. Check the "Initial Contact Status" option.

5. Choose "Potential" from the dropdown list.

6. Click the "Apply Filter" button.

This will display only the contacts whose initial status is "Potential Lead."
