To add a call outcome within a contact card, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the contact card you wish to update.

  2. Open the "Calls" tab to view the call details.

  3. Click on the "Add Outcome" button next to the call you want to update.

  4. Select the appropriate outcome, such as "No Sale" or "Won."

  5. Fill in any additional required details.

  6. Click the "Add outcome" button to update the outcome.

The call outcome will be updated and reflected within the contact card.
