How to add a new deal?

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of adding a new deal:

  1. Navigate to the "Contacts" section under the Global Data menu in the sidebar. Click on the contact email to open the contact card.

  1. Click on the "Add Deal" button.

  1. First, select the Product from the available options. Next, choose the Call associated with the deal. Then, specify the Deal Date. Finally, click on the "Add Deal" button to finalize the deal entry.

  1. To confirm that your deal has been added, you can either check the Journey or navigate to the Deals tab on the Contact Card. There, you should see the latest deals that were added by you.
