SMS Usage & Billing
SMS services play a crucial role in boosting the show-up rate of leads and increase sales. iClosed uses a third-party service to send SMS messages to leads, and the cost of each SMS varies depending on the region. For detailed information on how SMS pricing works, please refer to this guide.
Dedicating Funds for SMS Usage
To seamlessly use SMS services in iClosed, your account needs to allocate funds specifically for SMS usage. This process involves purchasing credits and maintaining a balance to ensure uninterrupted SMS service.
How to Buy Credits for SMS
Go to Wallet and click on the "Buy Credit" button.
Enter the Amount: A popup will open where you can enter the amount you wish to dedicate to SMS usage. The amount should be between $10 and $200.
Select Payment Method: You can choose from an already added card for billing or add a new card. iClosed will deduct the entered amount and reserve it for SMS usage only.
Enabling Auto-Recharge
To ensure that your SMS services are never interrupted due to low balance, it is highly recommended to enable the auto-recharge feature.
Switch On Auto-Recharge: Toggle the auto-recharge switch to "On."
Set Triggers for Auto-Recharge:
Enter the amount in the field "When credit goes below" to set the threshold for automatic top-ups.
Enter the amount you want to top up automatically in the field "Recharge this amount."
Monitoring SMS Usage
There is an SMS Usage section where you can monitor your SMS activity. This section includes two cards showing:
The number of SMS messages sent.
The total charges for SMS.
Please note that these values are refreshed every Monday on a weekly basis.
Important Notes
If there is no balance available, SMS messages will stop sending.
Ensure your account always has sufficient funds to avoid service interruptions.
