Integration with Zapier

Connect Zapier with iClosed (Send Data from iClosed to your CRM )

1. Navigate to https://app.iclosed.io/app/settings/integrations Locate the Zapier integration card and select "View Configuration"

2. You will encounter the screen to establish a connection between iClosed and Zapier. Simply click on "Accept invite & Build Zap" to proceed.

3. You will be routed to Zapier. Now, Click on "+Create Zap" to create a new zap

4. Click Trigger to create a new trigger

5. Search for "iClosed" and make sure to select the Latest iClosed app

Tip: iClosed provides following triggers in zapier:

1. Potential Contact Trigger: This will trigger whenever a potential contact/lead is created in your iClosed account.

2. Call Cancelled: This triggers whenever a call is cancelled by an Invitee or by a Closer

3. Call Outcome: Triggers whenever a call outcome is added

4. Call Rescheduled: This hook is triggered whenever an upcoming call is rescheduled to a new date

5. Contact Detail Changed: This will trigger whenever a contact is updated

6. Contact Disqualified: This will trigger whenever a lead is disqualified in your iClosed accoun

7. Contact Strategy Call booked: Get new calls scheduled of logged in account

7. Choose an event on which you want to create a trigger and hit Continue button Click "Continue"

8. Click "Sign in" button

9. Enter your iClosed credentials and press "Yes, Continue to iClosed "

10. Click "Continue" to complete your trigger

11. Click "Test trigger" and then Click "Continue with selected record"
