How to reactivate your account after subscription was cancelled?

Quick tutorial on how you can reactivate your iClosed account in few simple steps

In case you've cancelled your iClosed subscription (including free trial), you can reactivate it quickly in no time:

  1. Log in to your iClosed account from iClosed login page

  2. Once you are in, you will see following:

    1. Confirmation message on top that the account is deactivated

    2. Information about the plan you've used when subscription was cancelled

    3. iClosed features on the left side menu will be hidden until the account is reactivated

To reactivate, simply click on the "Reactivate subscription" button, confirm the selected plan and proceed to check out page.


Pro tips

  • You will be also able to switch between plans by clicking on "View plans" button and select the new plan you want to restart with.

    • But, bear in mind that if you were on Business plan originally, and reactivate to Startup (lower tier), access to the features will be allowed according to the lower tier access (including integrations set, accessible to Business and Enterprise subscription plans only)

  • Additionally, with account reactivation, you would need to re-integrate your external tools with iClosed again, since all integrations were disconnected automatically after the account was deactivated.
    ​

  • After the account is reactivated, you regain access to all of your data (calls, events, contacts, etc.).
