I can't log into iClosed due to endless screen loading

Learn how to clear browser sessions in case you are seeing endless loading screen and can't log into iClosed

This may happen if previously used sessions are blocking your from loading new login session, or your user account is deactivated from the iClosed account.

Here're the troubleshooting steps:

#1 - Log out and clear sessions on the endless loading screen

This screen will load endlessly with iClosed icon in the middle.

Click on the "Sign Out" button at the bottom of the screen to log out and clear sessions.

As soon as you click on the button, you will be transferred to the login page → https://app.iclosed.io/auth/login

In case you're still not able to log in, proceed to step #2.


#2 - Troubleshoot login via Chrome Incognito page

In case you are still not able to log into your account, try doing it from Chrome Incognito tab.

  • Open Chrome Incognito mode

In case you're still not able to log in, please reach out to our Customer support team immediately so we could check is your user account still active.

If you've logged in successfully, please clear local storage and cookies as per following steps:

  1. Right click → Inspect element → Go to Applications tab

  2. Locate iClosed app

  3. Click on Local storage and clear it with cross icon
