Advanced Filters

Explore iClosed Global Data filters and how to use them so you could slice your data perfectly

Global Data is the central hub of your iClosed account, where you'll see all contacts and details about contacts that have interacted with your scheduler.

We've broken it down for you into four sections, all related to your events but with different views, depending on what is needed for you to focus on:

  • Contacts - default Global Data home page, where you'll be able to see all of your contacts, and from where you can see all details about their lead stages.

  • Calls - section where you can see all about your calls, including call details.

  • Deals - the money-screen as we call it, with all details about closed deals.

  • Appointment Setting - everything a call setter would need in one place, that helps him ensure all important meetings are booked with the sales team.

If you'd like to combine data that is available inside of different sections you can do that easily with Global Data - Filters.


Filters - overview

Here's a quick overview of all filters available. Navigate to Global Data and select any of the sections where you would like to apply Advanced Filters, and click on the "Add filter" button to open Filter menu.

No matter the section you're on, filter button will remain on same position for you to find, with same filters across the Global Data.


Contacts Filters

Here's the list of filters available for the Contacts group of filters, with its filtering options:

  • Email - contain or doesn't contain or is...

  • First name / Last name - contain or doesn't contain

  • Phone Number - contain or doesn't contain or is...

  • Country - is or is not

  • Contact Creation date - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Updated On - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Scheduling Status - is or is not

  • Initial Scheduling Status - is or is not

  • Status Last Modified At - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Last interaction type - is or is not

  • Number of Discovery / Strategy calls booked - is less than or is greater than or is equal to

  • Timezone - is or is not

  • IP Address - Contain or Doesn't contain or is...

  • Current Closer Owner - is or is not

  • Setter Owner - is or is not

  • Contact Stage - is or is not

  • UTMs - is or is not

Lastly, all custom created contact fields will appear under separate Contact filter group. Custom fields and Invitee questions filtering will be available as per field type:

  • Short text - Contain or Doesn't contain

  • Long text - Contain or Doesn't contain

  • Multi-select - is or is not

  • Single-select - is or is not

  • Date and time - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Number - is less than or is greater than or is equal to

  • User - is or is not

  • Rating - is or is not

  • URL - Contain or Doesn't contain


Events Filters

All data available on an events level:

  • Event type - is or is not

  • Events - is or is not


Calls Filters

  • Call status - is or is not

  • Call creation date - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Call start date - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Call duration - is less than or is greater than or is equal to

  • Call location - is or is not

  • Closer owner - is or is not

  • Set by - is or is not

  • Call outcome including Strategy or Discovery call outcome - is or is not

  • Strategy call no sale reason - is or is not

  • Discovery call rejection reason - is or is not

  • No sale reason - is or is not

  • Objection - is or is not

  • Strategy call objection - is or is not


Deals Filters

All data as per deals added as per calls:

  • Deal Date - is or is before or is after or is between

  • Deal value - is less than or is greater than or is equal to

  • Deal source - is or is not

  • Income - is less than or is greater than or is equal to

  • Sales - is less than or is greater than or is equal to

  • Payment type - is or is not

  • Product - is or is not

  • Product Tag - is or is not

  • Deal Closer owner - is or is not


Validations Filters

  • Is email valid - is or is not

  • Is phone valid - is or is not


Enrichment Filters

  • Credit score - is or is not

  • Pre-qualification - is or is not

  • Debt to income ratio - is or is not

  • Debt resolution amount - is less than or is greater than

  • Debt resolution debt to income ratio - is or is not

  • Estimated income - is less than or is greater than

  • Personal income - is less than or is greater than

  • Household income - is less than or is greater than

  • Credit pre-approval amount - is less than or is greater than

  • Credit limit amount - is less than or is greater than

  • Credit pre-approval debt to income ratio - is or is not

  • Credit limit debt to income ratio - is or is not


Additional options

Search button on top of Filters helps finding filters you'd like to use easier.

Also, with Smart Views, you will be able to save filtered views, and customize your

Global Data sections, so you don't have to spend time setting up filters over and over again, every day. Learn more about Smart Views.

Additional filtering options

Once you select and apply filters for a specific section you've selected, bear in mind that you'll have several additional options in your Global Data screen.

Check out additional options

  • Click on the arrow next to filters to show or hide filters selected

    • Arrow pointing down shows filters selected

    • Arrow pointing to the right hides them

  • Quick switcher between filters selected. If filters are shown, you will be able to easily switch between:

    • All of A and B for the selected filter or

    • Any of A and B for selected filter

  • Filters selected will stay on your Global Data even if you switch between sections (Contacts, Appointment Setting, Calls and Deals)

  • Edit filter → hover over filter shown and click on "Pencil" button to edit

  • Remove filter → hover over filter shown and click on "x" button to remove

  • Add filter → hover over filter shown and click on the "+" button to include more filters

  • Wrap in group → gives you additional level of filtering

  • Additional ADD/OR conditions for filters selected

  • To reset all filters completely and get back to default Global Data section view, click on the "x" button next to Filters button on top

  • Save Filters → by clicking on the "Save As" button on top right of your screen
