Calls created bar graph

Tracker for new calls created that will help you identify peak activity periods and productivity trends

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Calls created bar graph provides you a clear view of new call creation activity within a selected timeframe, that will help you understand patterns in call volume easier, identifying peak days and lower call frequency days, so you can plan resources more effectively.

Calls created stats

The Calls created Analytics widget shows you breakdown of new calls created for the selected time frame (date range filters from the top of the page) and according to the data source selected (Global Data or specific Event).

Additionally, you will be able to select for which timeframe you'd like new calls created bars to show (day, week, month, quarter or year) to understand the patterns better.

Kindly note that the "Day" option will not be available when the date range filter is set for more than 3 months, to avoid the view is cluttered. This ensures a clearer, more readable display for extended date ranges.

When you hover over the bars you will see following details:

  • Events created - referring to the total number of new calls created

  • Date range - specific range in accordance to the timeframe selected inside the pane

  • Percentage

    • showing increase (green) compared to the previous timeframe (bar)

    • showing decrease (red) compared to the previous timeframe (bar)

  • Breakdown the number of Strategy and Discovery calls - for the selected timeframe

Example

If the pane filter is set to monthly, the bar you're hovering over will show increase or decrease in total number of calls, in percentages, compared to the month before.

  • Month I'm hovering over has 42 events created

  • Previous month (bar) had 38 events created

  • I can see increase in the number of new calls (events) by 11%

Quick access to filtered lead list

The bars inside this graph are also interactive. By clicking on any of the bars inside the pane you will open a filtered view with all lead information for the selected bar.

And that's not all. Additional options inside the window for you to select are:
