The perfect solution for accurately setting call outcomes and keeping analytics clear, whether a lead was under-qualified on a strategy call or over-qualified on a discovery call.
This feature is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans.
Additionally, these two features are available for Super Admin and Sales Manager user roles.
Before we dive into details on how to maximize the true potential of this feature, please check out a quick reminder about the difference between Strategy and the Discovery calls.
Strategy events - for Closers, who work on closing deals with qualified leads.
The call outcome can be Sale (with additional step to add a deal to it) or No Sale.
Discovery events - for Appointment setters who are for doing a preliminary lead screening and route only qualified leads to the sales team.
Call outcomes are Approved or Rejected for this call type.

Lead had a call with Closer, but wasn't qualified enough
Sometimes, an under-qualified lead ends up on a call with your Closer. This might happen if the lead provided misleading answers on the form or was incorrectly passed by the Setter.
With the Call Type Switcher, you can easily adjust the call type from a Strategy Call to a Discovery Call and set the outcome as "Rejected" instead of "No Sale", which will keep your stats clean and accurate on the Analytics page.
Lead was overqualified for the Discovery call with your appointment setter
In this scenario, a highly qualified lead might land on a Discovery Call with your appointment setter.
When the lead is ready to convert immediately, there's no need for further approvals or an additional call with the Closer. The Call type switcher allows you to mark the call with a "Sale" outcome and record all product and deal details on the spot, streamlining your sales process and saving valuable time, for your team and the prospect both.

Quality lead on a call with a less experienced Closer
It’s not uncommon for a quality lead to end up on a call with a less experienced Closer. In such cases, a more experienced team member may join the call to assist in closing the deal.
With the Call host switcher, you can update the call host after the call has ended, ensuring the Closer who contributed to the successful outcome receives the recognition they deserve. This not only keeps your performance metrics accurate but also fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Lead transferred to other team member during the call
A lead started with one sales representative but was transferred mid-call to other Closer, for better handling.
In such cases, the ownership should reflect the person who is considered accountable for the call outcome.
Pro tips
Changing of the call owner for upcoming calls is also available, but it can be updated only if the newly selected host is available during the time when the call is scheduled.
