Learn all you need to know about the Profile page

The Profile section in Settings is where users manage their personal, business, and account information used across iClosed. These details are applied to scheduling, communication, billing, and compliance-related workflows.

Within Settings → Profile, you can manage:

  • Data masking - Enable data masking to hide sensitive contact information during screen sharing or video recordings.

  • Personal details - Update your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and time zone.

  • Business details - pulled in from Credit Score verification

  • Account details - View and manage account-level information including:

  • Password management - Secure your account by resetting your password directly from the Profile section.

Important Note

The options available in Profile Settings will vary depending on your role and permissions.

Some sections (such as business details or account-level settings) may be view-only or hidden for users without the required access.


Data Masking

Data Masking allows you to hide sensitive contact information when sharing your screen or reviewing recordings inside iClosed.

When enabled, personal data such as contact details is automatically obscured, helping protect privacy without disrupting your workflow.

Data Masking is great for:

  • Preventing exposure of sensitive information during screen sharing of Sales demos with prospects or partners)

  • Keeping recordings safe for reviews, training, and audits

  • Supports privacy and compliance requirements


Personal Details

The Personal Details section contains the individual information associated with your user account in iClosed.

These settings define how you appear across the platform and how time-based logic is applied to your activities.

Here's what you'll manage here:

  • First and last name - visible inside of the account and on scheduling widgets.

  • Email address - login email address, on which you will receive confirmation emails when someone books a call with you (leads receive emails from Calendar Connections page).

  • Phone number - visible inside of the account

  • Time zone - for showing times inside of the account, not the time zone when you want to be available on the scheduler. Account time zone will auto update if you're traveling.

  • Language preferences - Account interface language - English or French

Keeping your personal details up to date ensures accurate scheduling, communication, and system behavior across iClosed.

Pro tips

In the Profile section, you'll be able to update email address for logging into iClosed. Here're the steps:

  1. Click in the Email Address box, update email and hit on the "Save Changes" button once you're done to apply changes

  2. New window will appear for you to confirm the update. Select:

    1. Yes, update my email address to confirm or

    2. Cancel to decline


Business Details

The Business Details section displays your company information and verification documents submitted during the Credit Score check. This information does not need to match the Account details used for invoicing and tax purposes.

Here's what you'll be able to see here:

  • Company name

  • Company URL - website

  • Business address (street, city, state, ZIP)

  • Uploaded verification documents

  • Proof of address

All information in this section is automatically pulled from the Credit Score verification process. Documents and company details can be edited from here, in case you need to re-upload documentation.

Keeping this information accurate is essential for compliance-related features and financial workflows within iClosed.


Account Details

The Account Details section defines your workspace’s core company identity and billing information. These settings impact event links, deal display, and how invoices are generated.

Account details

This section controls how your company is represented across iClosed.

  • Company Name - Used as the primary identifier for your workspace.

  • Company URL - Defines the public link prefix for your events and booking pages.

  • Currency (USD, CHF, EUR) - A display setting used across Deals in iClosed.
    It does not affect billing charges, only how deal values are labeled and shown inside the platform.

Attention

If the Company URL is changed after events are published or embedded, previously shared links and embed codes will stop working, and will require re-embedding.

Billing Details

This section contains the company details used for invoicing and tax purposes. Company information added will be automatically applied to all future invoices.

  • Company legal name

  • Country

  • Billing address (street, city, state, ZIP)

  • Tax status

  • Tax ID(s)

Important Note

Invoices that have already been issued cannot be edited or reissued as this limitation is enforced by the payment processor.

Any updates made here will only apply to invoices generated going forward.


Password & Security

The Password section allows users to securely reset their account password. For security best practices, iClosed recommends updating your password periodically.

Clicking Reset Password will redirect you to a dedicated password reset page, where you can request a secure reset link via email and complete the process outside of the app.
