How can I update company URL showing in Event links?
Navigate to Settings → General→Account settings
Click on the "Edit" button
Set new Company URL (can be different from actual company name)
Attention
Changing company URL will mean that all of your embedded links on your web pages will no longer work, and will need to be re-embedded.
After editing company URL, please go to AI Scheduler → Events page and click on every event you have, to copy and re-embed it to web pages (learn more here).
How to change currency in my account?
Navigate to Settings → General → Account settings
Click on the "Edit" button
Select currency from the drop down list:
USD → United States Dollar
EUR → European Union Currency
CHF → Swiss franc
PKR → Pakistani Rupee
How to update my account time zone?
Navigate to Settings → General → Profile settings
Click on the "Edit" button
Select new time zone
Kindly note that the Profile time zone refers to the time shown in your account only, and in case you would like to set up different time zone for your events, you can do that by updating it in AI Scheduler → Availability (learn more here).
How can I reset password for my account?
Navigate to Settings → General → Password
Click on the "Reset Password" button
Enter your account email
Password reset link will be sent to your email
Set new password and log back into account
Why I can't change or add credit card for my account?
Credit card can be changed/added from the Settings → Billing page, but kindly note that it can be done by "account owner" only (true super admin). No matter if you have full Super Admin permission, only account owner can update credit cards.
