All of your account settings are in one place, from where you can manage users easily, access integrations and download invoices. Here's a quick tour of the Settings menu pages.
General Settings
Menu where all account settings are. Kindly note that options availability will differ depending of the user role and permissions.

Account settings
Company name
Refers to the account name you've entered during sign up.
Kindly note that the Company URL for all of your Events will contain the Company name set in this menu as a predefined URL prefix, generated in the next field.
Company URL
It will show you a preview of the default Event scheduler URL, that is by default created according to Company Name entered.
This can be edited/updated, in case you'd like your URL to look differently but it's super important to understand that any change will update all Event URL's of the already created events automatically, including the embedded code as well.
Attention
Changing the company URL will mean that all of your copied and embedded links will no longer work, and will need to be updated.
There fore, in case you've decided to make edits of the company URL, immediately visit your AI Scheduler → Events page after the changes made and re-embed all newly updated scheduler links in your web pages and social media.
Currency
Option for defining the default currency that will be used across your iClosed account. Can be changed at any time by clicking on the "Edit" button. Choose between:
USD → United States Dollar
EUR → European Union Currency
CHF → Swiss franc
PKR → Pakistani Rupee
By clicking on the "Edit" button within the Account settings, you will be able to update any of the three available options.
Profile
Profile
Section with all User Account information, such as First and Last name, Email address, Phone number and Time zone pulled from your device automatically.
After clicking on the "Edit" button, you will be able to add a picture as well.
Edit options allow you to update everything except the login email address, which was the email address you've used when signing up, or received invite to.
Pro tips
In case you would like to change primary email address for the Events, navigate to
AI Scheduler → Calendar connections page. Here's the article about it.
Time zone in this menu refers to the time zone updated automatically from the device you've logged in to iClosed and it will also be your default time zone for menus and pages inside the account.

Language
Language
Refers to iClosed app interface language, and is currently available in two languages:
English
French
There's additional option to change the Event scheduler language, that will only show in your scheduler (Learn how HERE).
User Management
In this menu you will be able to manage users and invite new users, assign roles and create teams.
Users
Users
Place where you can see all of your Users, update previously defined Roles and assign them to previously defined account Teams.
Additional options are to "Add Users" or to "Delete a User".
Kindly note that number of User seats available for the account will differ between subscription plans:
Startup
users have 1 seat available by default, and can add more at $36/month per user seat or to upgrade to Business at any time, to have 5 seats by default.
Business
users have up to 5 User seats available by default, and it's possible to add more at $62/month per user seat or to upgrade to Enterprise.
Enterprise
users can have unlimited number of seats. For more information about this subscription plan reach out to us HERE.
Roles
Roles
This is where you can assign Roles to the Users (or even create new Roles from scratch).
Each role has a predefined set of permissions, and iClosed defined the three most common roles used:
Super Admin
Account creator by default, an account administrator with all permissions available.
Super admin role can't be edited.
On additional note, even though other users can be assigned with this role, the true Super Admin (account creator/owner) will be able to update credit cards.
Closer
a sales representative, who has limited access to app features
This role by default doesn't have access to manage Users, Integrations and to delete data.
Even though you may assign this role to Setters, they will not be able to utilize
Setter
refers to appointment setters that will also as Closers, have limiter access to app features
With one main difference from Closers, this role has access to Global Data → Appointment Setting menu
Sales Manager
has full access to all features necessary for managing a team
but with limited access to account settings menu, and without access to integrations and delete permissions

The menu where you'll see current subscription plan, be able to upgrade to higher tier, switch to yearly plans, manage additional seats and or to cancel account.
Additionally, you have option to buy credits for the event SMS reminders, that can be turned in Event Builder → Notifications section. In case you decide to turn on text messages, we highly recommend to enable automatic recharge, in order to automatically keep your credit balance topped up at all times, which will ensure SMS messages are not failing to be sent out.
