Quick overview of the iClosed Settings menu

All of your settings in one place, from where you can easily manage users, integrations and download invoices.

Here's a quick breakdown of the Settings menu pages:

General Settings

Account


Company name

refers to the account name you've entered during sign up.
Note that Company URL, for all of your Events will use Company name as predefined URL prefix.


Company URL

Preview of the default Event Scheduler URL, that is by default created according to Company Name entered.

Can be updated at any time, and differ from actual company name, in case you would like your URL to look different.

Attention

Changing the company URL will mean that all of your copied and embedded links will no longer work, and will need to be updated


Currency

Default currency to be used across the account. Can be changed at any time by clicking on the Edit button. Choose between:

  • USD → United States Dollar

  • EUR → European Union Currency

  • CHF → Swiss franc

  • PKR → Pakistani Rupee

By clicking on the "Edit" button within Account settings, you will be able to update any of the three available options.


Profile

Section with all User Account information, such as First and Last name, Email address, Phone number and Time zone pulled from your device automatically.
After selecting "Edit" button, you will be able to add a picture as well.

Edit options allow you to update everything the email address, which was the email address you've used when signing up, on your own, or via invite received.

In case you would like to change primary email address for the Events, navigate to Calendar page and update event calendar. Here's how.

Time zone refers to account times, and in case you would like to set up different time zones for your events, feel free to update it in Availability section. Learn how here.


Password

Section from which you can reset your account password.


Language

Refers to iClosed app interface language, and is currently available in two languages:

  • English

  • French

There's additional option to change Event language, that will only show in your scheduler. Learn how HERE.


User Management

In this menu, you will be able to manage:

Users

Place where you can see all of your Users, update previously defined Roles and assign them to previously defined account Teams.

Additional options are to Add Users or Delete a User.

Kindly note that number of User seats available differ between subscription plans:

  • Startup
    users have 1 seat available by default, and can add more at $36/month per user seat or to upgrade to Business at any time.

  • Business
    users have up to 5 User seats available and in case they would like to add more at $62/month per user seat or to upgrade to Enterprise.

  • Enterprise
    users can have unlimited number of seats. Feel free to reach out to us and we'll make the best price for you.


Teams

This option helps you review performance results of your users in groups, on a team level.

You can create unlimited number of Teams and assign users to the team. One User can be added to more than one team.


Roles

This is the section where you can assign Roles to the Users or create new Roles from scratch. Each role has it's own set of permissions, and iClosed defined three most common roles used:

  1. Super Admin → Account creator by default, an account administrator with all permissions available.

  2. Closer → a sales representative, or an appointment setter, who has limited access to all app features, and without access to manage Users, Integrations and to delete data

  3. Sales Manager → has full access to all features necessary for managing a team, but with limited access to troubleshooting, and without access to Integrations and delete permissions

Integrations

Overview

Supercharge your workflow with integrations and handle repetitive tasks.

Navigate to Integrations and start connecting your tech stack with iClosed.


Billing

Plan and Usage

This is where you'll be able to see current subscription plan, upgrade to higher tier, switch to yearly plans, manage additional seats and cancel account.

Additionally, you have option to buy credits for the event SMS reminders, that can be turned in Event Builder → Notifications section.

In case you decide to turn on text messages, we highly recommend to enable automatic recharge, in order to automatically keep your credit balance topped up, and ensure SMS messages to be sent out.


Invoices

Place where you can see credit card you have on the file, option to add new credit card and to see all subscription billing history, with option to download invoices.
