Quick overview of the Global Data - Appointment Setting and it's unique views

Updated over a month ago

Global Data is the central hub of your iClosed account, where you'll see every contact that interacted with your scheduler, and the Appointment Setting view is the second section in it.

By definition, Appointment Setting is place where you'll see second stage of the Lead Journey for your Leads, such as Potential, Disqualified and Qualified leads.

It's also a perfect place for you to analyze the work of your Appointment Setters, professionals responsible for hosting Discovery Calls and taking initial screening of the prospect, ensuring that only qualified leads are sent to the Sales team (Closers).

Appointment Setting is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans (learn more about iClosed pricing breakdown here).

Appointment Settings data overview

The beauty of iClosed is that we understand sales processes, and building features per Sales representatives needs, with ease of navigation as our primary goal that enhances efficiency and keep you out of the dark data-wise.

Navigate to Global Data → Appointment Setting to see three predefined filters we've included, so you can quickly switch between them and review if there are any missed leads → chances for conversion.

  • Unassigned → predefined filter to show leads that are not assigned to any Setter yet

  • Pending → predefined filter to show all pending outcomes, where Leads are assigned

  • Assigned → predefined filter to show all leads where Outcomes have been added already

You can only use one of these predefined filters at a time, and in order to remove them and go back to default view, simply hover over button and click on "x".

By combining Filters, Predefined Views (filters) and Columns you will be able to cross cut your data with qualifying questions for things like industry, company size, geography, respondent title, etc., which can be eye opening, revealing trends you've never anticipated.

Pro tips

  • Data in "Contact" column is interactive and once you click on it, it will open Contact Card, where all information about a certain Invitee is stored.

  • All columns except "Contact" and "Setting Outcome" column can be removed and added.

  • "Contact" column (on the left) and "Setting Outcome" column (on the right) will remain fixed while you scroll the page from left to right, so you could constantly keep an eye on those details, while viewing other data in the middle.

Columns overview

Let's quickly cover Appointment Setting Columns available, which will help you understand how to set up default view that benefit you the most.

Click on the "Columns" drop down button, see available columns, check and uncheck depending of the preference and see:

  • Appointment Setting data columns → Everything you need for Appointment Setting lead stage

  • Contact custom fields data columns → created in Tracking (recommendable) or from the Contact section in Global Data

  • Events custom fields data columns → created in Tracking (recommendable) or from Events Builder → Invitee questions

The columns are adjustable, but pre-defined based on the tab you’re in, whether that’s Contacts, Appointment Setting, Calls, or Deals.

Therefore, if you’re looking at booked Calls or Deals, the columns will load to show what matters for the specific section you're on, making it easy to keep an eye on the key information that drive your decisions.
