Find out how to navigate on the Global Data money-screen

Updated over a week ago

Global Data is the central hub of your iClosed account, where you'll see every contact that interacted with your scheduler, and the Deals section is one of the most important ones.

Deals section is a view inside of Global Data that will show information relevant to added deals only, that give you the proper perspective of your successful outcomes and more importantly, to help you analyze how to make more.

Deals data overview

Head to Global Data → Deals to see that this section offers you additional option other sections don't have, which is "Transactions" button.

Transactions refer to your payment processor transactions, but it can work only in case you've connected Stripe with iClosed (or any other payment processor via Zapier or Make). iClosed will track and collect all payments from your payment processor and keep transactions in two statuses:

  • Pending → waiting to be connected with leads via call outcomes

  • Synced → transactions connected with call outcomes

Learn more about Transactions here.

Here's data available in the Deals section:

  1. Contact → Invitees email, and access to Contact Card

  2. First name and Last name → Invitees first name/last name

  3. Phone number → Invitees phone number

  4. Call creation date → Creation date of the latest call scheduled

  5. Call start date → date and time when the call is/was scheduled to start

  6. Events/s → Event Type icons, including Event Internal Tag, with the Event names

  7. Call location → Where event/call takes (took) place

  8. Current Closer Owner → Event Host - Closer, assigned to the call with the Invitee

  9. Current Setter Owner → Event Host - Setter, assigned to the call with the Invitee

  10. Call Outcome → Final outcome, no matter if it's a Discovery or Strategy call

  11. Call duration → Pulled from Event setup

  12. Current Status → Refers to their current Lead status, which is presented by the status tag, each in their respective color (Discovery, Strategy, Potential, Qualified, Disqualified)

  13. No Sale Reason → Any of the final No Sale call outcomes

  14. Objection → Showing call outcome objections, presenting green for positive (Won) outcomes and red for negative (No Sale) outcome reasons

  15. Sale Value → Latest sale value

  16. Total income → Total sales generated from the Contact

  17. Transaction type → if any transaction. Won (green) for one time sales, Recurring (yellow) for recurring sales, and Deposit (purple) for pre-sale types

  18. Sale date → date when the sale happened

  19. Product Name → Sale product or service, added with Sale outcom

Delete button inside of each row is an option for deleting deals. Please use it with caution, deleted information can't be restored

Pro tips

  • Data in "Contact" column is interactive and once you click on it, it will open Contact Card, where all information about a certain Invitee is stored

  • All columns except "Contact" column can be removed and added accordingly

  • "Contact" column will remain fixed while you scroll the page from left to right, so you could constantly keep an eye of the Call details, and be able to access contacts card quickly

By combining Filters with Deal Columns you will be able to cross cut your data with qualifying questions for things like industry, company size, geography, respondent title, etc., which can be eye opening, revealing different trends you didn’t even anticipate.

Deals columns overview

Here's a short overview of Deals columns available.

Click on the "Columns" drop down button, see available columns, check and uncheck depending of the preference. You'll see following options:

  • Deal data columns → containing all necessary columns for Deals view

  • Contact custom fields data columns → created in Tracking menu (recommended) or Global Data → Contacts section

  • Events custom fields (Saved Questions) data columns → created in Tracking menu (recommended) or from Events Builder → Invitee questions

The columns are adjustable, but pre-defined based on the tab you’re in, whether that’s Contacts, Appointment Setting, Calls or Deals.

Therefore, if you’re looking at booked Calls or Deals, the columns will load to show what matters for the specific section you're on, making it easy to keep an eye on the key information that drive your decisions.
