This is a pretty common case with users who didn't connect their Google Calendars, and therefore, meeting links are not generated automatically (learn more about Calendars).
Follow these steps to add meeting link manually:
Create new Google Meet and copy meeting location
Navigate to AI Scheduler β Scheduled Calls β Upcoming calls section
Locate the lead with missing Google Meet. You'll see red badge showing "Action Required"
Once you click on it, call details will show and you will see a warning message in yellow
Click on the checkbox with following message "I have shared the Google Meet link with the invitee"
New popup window will appear where you'd be able to add the Google Meet URL (alternatively, Zoom meeting link)
To confirm, click on the "Update Link" button
In case you don't want to add meeting link, select "Save without link" to dismiss the warning message.
To avoid seeing "Acton Required" badge or to avoid adding meeting links manually, please make sure that all the hosts of your event have connected their Google Calendar or Zoom account for generating meeting links automatically.
