Everything you need to know about iClosed refund policy

1. Subscriptions & Refunds

iClosed operates on a non-refundable subscription model.

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.


2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

In cases of severe technical issues directly caused by iClosed that prevent access to the service for an extended period, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at the sole discretion of iClosed.

Please contact customer support with detailed information on the issue.


3. Refunds for Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error, you must notify iClosed within 14 days of the erroneous charge.

We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, issue a refund within 14 business days.


4. Plan Upgrades or Downgrades

  • Upgrades:
    If you upgrade your subscription, the additional cost will be applied immediately for the current cycle and fully in the next cycle.
    No refunds will be issued for downgrades made after an upgrade has taken effect.

  • Downgrades:
    Downgrading your subscription will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
    No refunds or credits will be issued for the current cycle even if you reduce seats or downgrade your plan.


5. Automatic Removal of Unused Seats

Any seats that remain unused at the end of the billing cycle will be automatically removed before the next billing cycle is charged.
This ensures that you are only billed for the active seats being used.
No refunds will be issued for unused seats during the current cycle, but they will not be charged in future cycles.

6. Account Termination and Refunds

If iClosed terminates your account due to a violation of our terms of service or misuse of the platform, no refunds will be provided.
If your account is terminated for reasons outside of your control, iClosed may offer a prorated refund at its discretion.

7. Data Privacy in Refund Requests

All refund requests are subject to our Privacy Policy, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws.
Your data will only be used to process the refund and verify the claim
