How do I Approve or Rejected a lead in Global Data?

Or how to update contact outcome in Appointment Settings

Appointment Setting in Global Data is a place where you can set qualify leads that haven't booked a call (Potential, Qualified or Disqualified status).

  • Approved → Lead qualified for Strategy Call, and will proceed to a call with Closer

  • Rejected → Lead disqualified

  1. Locate the Lead you would like to Approve, and schedule a call with the Sales team or Reject a lead if it's not a good fit.

  2. Click on the "Contact Stage" button on the right of your screen

  3. Select between Approved or Rejected

    1. If Approved, you will be asked to select Event and Host, and select time and date of the call with the Sales team. After the completion, Setting Outcome badge will appear, showing Approved in green

    2. If Rejected, badge "Rejected" in red will be placed inside of Setting Outcome column

Pro tips

In order to speed up the process for adding Appointment Setting outcomes, when Rejecting leads:

  1. Select multiple leads by checking the box on the left

  2. and then select Contact Stage on the bottom right

  3. choose status Rejected or any other contact stage except Approved

Approved status wont be available as you can't book multiple calls at once.
