Once your Strategy call goes into Past Calls, you will be able to βAdd Outcome of the call. Strategy Call Outcome can be marked as "Sale" or "No Sale".

Adding a strategy call "No Sale" outcome
The first thing you need to do is simply click on the "Add Outcome" button and to select the outcome as "No Sale".

Additional step for this outcome is to select the reason for unsuccessful sale. There are 6 reasons available for you to choose from:
Follow up scheduled - No Sale on this call, but the lead agreed to get on another call
Unqualified - Simply lead doesn't qualify (weak lead)
No Show - Lead didn't show up on the call, with no previous warning or reason sent
Contact cancelled - Host/User cancelled a call/meeting on behalf of invitee (external cancel reason)
Admin cancelled - Super Admin/Sales Manager cancelled the call/meeting (internal cancel reason)
Not interested - simply not interested in buying
If Follow up Scheduled selected, you will be asked for additional objections, before you're able to to schedule follow up call from the scheduler.

Selecting Objection for Follow up and Unqualified reasons
Objections are not available for all "No Sale" outcome reasons, but only for:
Follow up scheduled
Unqualified
Select one objection for the above three cases and click on the "Add Outcome" button.
Objections are here to help Sales team to track what kind of push backs team couldn't overcome while they were on the call with the prospect.

Having these details added with outcomes, and analyzing metrics in Analytics dashboard and Global Data will help you identify potential loopholes easier and make better management decisions.
Once you've completed all the steps, the outcome will be visible on past calls page.
Pro tips
If you select Follow Up Scheduled as the reason for "No Sale", you will have the option to immediately schedule a call while adding the outcome (βLearn how to book a follow up call).
Additional options available are to change the call type or call owner if needed. This is very useful for cases when an original host had to bring in other team member to participate on the call (learn more on how to switch call type or host here).
