Does iClosed has mobile app and how can I access my account from mobile phone?

While we are working on iClosed mobile app, that is expected to be rolled out next year, we have optimized browser access for mobile phones to most important pages.

This access will help you handle scheduled calls in case you're not by your computer, add outcomes on the go, set availability or quickly update events if needed.

Here's the list of pages with the visual overview of how they will appear on your phone:


AI Scheduler

Scheduled calls

The most important aspect for every event host (Closer or Setter) in iClosed, is to ensure no scheduled calls are missed, and to add outcomes after calls.

That is why we have fully optimized access via mobile phone browser to both upcoming and past calls, to ensure your business process is not interrupted in case you had to step away from your computer.

Upcoming calls - Join the call location or expand the call details to access more details, even to access the contact card if needed (by clicking on the lead email).

Past calls - Add outcomes to your Discovery or Strategy calls after the call is finished (and add objections, reasons and deal details).


Calendar Connections and Availability

Set up primary calendar or adjust availability in no time. Super important for ensuring your calendar and available hours for taking calls are tuned up.


Events

Quick access to all of your events from where you can copy the scheduler link, access the booking page to review it how it looks on mobile, or even update event if urgent adjustments are needed.


Analytics

Track sales updates and team productivity on the go (examples below are from Analytics pages for Business plan customers, with Super Admin access).


Additional options

With mobile access, you can always invite new user to help him gain access to the app quicker instead of waiting for you to get back to the office and do that via computer.
