We have a fantastic improvement that will be skyrocketing your show up rates!
Now your leads will be able to respond with Yes/No/Maybe (RSVP) from inside of the Confirmation email sent after the call is scheduled.
This feature will also reduce number of no shows! Simply, people who may not be able to join the call will answer with "Maybe" which will help you understand if your Setter should follow up with the lead via phone or personalized message from your phone.
Another super-important reason why this is a game-changer for you is that with this feature, you will override Google "so called security' event settings in leads calendars.
Google is forcing newly created Gmail accounts to have these settings by default:
Accept invites only if sender is known or
When I respond to the invitation in email
Additionally, there is setting in Google Calendar which some leads are using, to
"Notify me only if I have responded Yes or Maybe".
Now, with the buttons included in the emails, all leads will be able to add invitation to their google calendar on a single click, which will ensure meeting is not missed.
With this update, you may notice slight changes in the title and description of events in your Google Calendar. Please note:
The Google Calendar event title will now match the subject of your confirmation email as you can see in attached screenshot.
The event description in Google Calendar will be the same as the body of your confirmation email as you can see in attached screenshot.
In case you'd like to introduce lead name into event title/email subject or form questions and lead answers in Google Calendar event details, simply go to:
Event → Notifications
click "Edit" button to open confirmation email setup and
add variables you'd like to include.
By setting the list of questions and answers below, you'll keep your leads focused on the text set in the email body, while you can access and see answers the lead provided to form questions below your signature.
