You can easily set this up by combining Standard availability (workhours) and Date override availability. Here's how to do it:
Navigate to
AI Scheduler → Availability page Select a user from the top AI Scheduler filter
(available for users with Super Admin and Sales Manager permissions)
Select a user and set availability for one week on standard availability on the left
Save changes and click on the "Add Date Override" button and set availability for every other week
