Learn how to unveil cancelled meetings and where to see them

Updated over a month ago

Canceled calls will be hidden from the AI Scheduler → Scheduled calls by default
(both upcoming and past calls sections). Follow the steps below in order to reveal them:

  1. Click on Filters

  2. Select Call Status and choose "Cancelled events"

  3. Apply the filter to confirm

Once applied, all canceled calls will be visible in the list, and you can switch between upcoming and past calls sections to see them, depending if the call time passed or not.

Cancelation call types

Contact cancellation

Two scenarios will be counted as a "Contact Cancellation":

  1. Leads that cancel meetings themselves, using the cancellation link available in the confirmation email

  2. When a host or a team member canceled the call before it happened, but on leads initiative

Pro tips

You are able to prevent leads from being able to cancel a call or reschedule a call.

Simply navigate to AI Scheduler → Events and click on any existing event. Select Notifications section from the left side menu and open Confirmation email editor.

Below the email body, you will see a checkbox with the option to "Include cancel and reschedule links in invitee's confirmation and reminder emails". Uncheck it, and these options will not show in confirmation emails anymore.

Admin cancellation

But, admin call cancelation can be utilized for:

  • Upcoming calls - when a super admin realizes lead wasn't suppose to schedule a call with the closer

  • From Past calls, as a call outcome "No Sale"
We've added admin cancelation option (scenario) to help you to track cancelled calls and reasons for cancellation easier.

Here's how to do it when you choose it as Past call "No Sales" outcome:

  1. Go to AI Scheduler → Scheduled calls → Past Calls tab

  2. Locate the call/meeting

  3. Add outcome "No sales" and select admin canceled as reason
