Scheduled calls overview

Learn all about upcoming and past calls, rescheduling calls, and call cancellation

iClosed main goal is to help you get more leads and to schedule as much calls with your ideal prospects as possible.
AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls page is a place from where you'll be tracking and managing the calls, and most importantly to add outcomes after every call.

It's split into two main sections, the Upcoming calls (calls that are yet to happen) and the Past calls (all calls that started already or were finished).


Upcoming calls section

It's the default scheduled calls landing page and whenever a lead schedules a call in your scheduler, it will appear here ​ AI Scheduler → Scheduled calls → Upcoming.

Click on the row to see more details about a specific booking, such as lead phone number, location of the meeting (phone, Google meet or Zoom), and all the answers lead provided on the scheduling form.

Available actions on the upcoming calls section are:

  • See all details about the contact and join a call

  • Cancel a call

  • Reschedule a call

Pro tips

In case you noticed that a lead booked a call, but it isn't appearing on your Upcoming calls section, it would mean that the call has been cancelled.

All cancelled calls are hidden by default and you will able to reveal them easily:

  1. Filter applied

  2. Click "Call status" filter

  3. Select "Cancelled calls" to show them on the page

Past calls sections

Past calls are considered as all calls that started or ended already. As soon as the call starts, the call event will show in Past calls so you can add outcomes, but will stay in the Upcoming calls section until call ends.

The most important part of Past calls section, is ability to add call outcomes after each and every call. Call outcomes defer between event types (learn more about it here):

  • Strategy call outcomes: "Sale" or "No Sale"

  • Discovery call outcomes: "Approved" or "Rejected"

Adding outcomes after every call is crucial for being able to keep track of outcome stats.

It will allow your team members to log the results of sales calls, to help them better handle follow-up conversations, and provide managers with call analytics, which will boost your business income on a long run.

Scheduled calls filtering and additional options

Scheduled calls page comes with filters that help sales managers to drill in the calls data and filter out every piece of information, from date range filters to event or lead details.

On top of that, users with Super Admin and Sales Manager roles have the option to utilize

AI Scheduler main filter, from which they can select a specific user or a team and combine standard, page filters with it.
