iClosed's main goal is to help you get more leads and to schedule as much calls with your ideal prospects as possible.
AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls page is place where all of your calls are, and from whare you can track them, manage them, and add outcomes after every call. It's split into two sections, upcoming calls (calls on the menu) and past calls (all calls that started and are finished).

Whenever a lead schedules a call, the scheduled call will show up in
AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls → Upcoming.
To see more details about a specific booking, such as Phone number, Location
(Google Meet or Zoom), and all the other answers, simply click on the row to expand as displayed below.
Available actions on the upcoming calls section is to:
See all details about the contact and join a call
Cancel a call
Reschedule a call
Pro tips
In case you noticed that a lead booked a call, but it doesn't appear in the "Upcoming calls" tab, it could meant that the call may have been cancelled.
All canceled calls are hidden by default. To display them, follow the steps below.

Past calls tab
Past Calls are all calls that ended already or started. As soon as the call has started, Event switches from Upcoming Calls to Past Calls automatically.
It's a place from where you will be able to add outcomes to the calls, depending on the type of event, there are two different types of outcomes.
Strategy call outcomes: Sale or No Sale
Discovery call outcomes: Approved or Rejected
Scheduled calls filters and additional options
Scheduled calls page allows super admin to drill in the calls data and filter out every piece of information, from date range filters to event or lead details.
On top of that, Super Admins have the AI Scheduler filter, from which they can select a specific user or teams and combine standard filters with it.
