Learn how to schedule a follow up call with a Lead

Important Notes

Scheduling a Follow Up call is available only with ​Scheduled Strategy Calls → Past Calls, as part of "No Sale" outcome.

Alternatively, you can schedule a call manually if you already added any outcome (learn more HERE).

Here's how you can schedule a follow up call with a Lead:

  1. Navigate to AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls → Past Calls tab

  2. Find a Lead you would like to follow up with

  3. Click on the "Outcome" Icon on the right → "No Sale" result

  4. Select "Follow Up Scheduled" reason and add note → optional, but recommended

  5. Choose "Objection"

  6. Select new date and time and save

Invitee will receive calendar invite as per booking confirmation, and you will be able to see new call scheduled in the Upcoming Calls tab.
