iClosed made direct integration with Stripe available to enable automatic collection of the Transactions (learn more here) whenever there is a successful payment processed through Stripe.
Connecting Your Stripe Account with iClosed
Navigate to
Settings → Integrations
Click on Stripe "Connect" button
Choose between two integration options
Default → Import all payments
Optional → "Only import payments above a specified value"
Stripe integration options
We've enabled two options for you to choose. You can select between:
Default → Import all payments
Optional → "Only import payments above a specified value"
Importing payments above a specified value helps you include include payments only above a specified threshold, that you need to set if you choose to move forward with this option.
Example
For instance, if the products you're selling have different service types, like subscription and product add-on's, but you would like to keep track of subscription payments in iClosed only, you could utilize our "Only import payments above a specified value" option.
e.g. Subscription prices are $50 and above, while add-on's are less.
Set $50 value after selecting "Only import payments above a specified value" and iClosed will keep importing payments above $50
In any selected option, you'll be directed to Stripe sign in page, so you could choose the account you wish to connect iClosed with.
After clicking "Connect" button your Stripe account will be seamlessly integrated with iClosed and you will be able to keep track of all payments within your account.
All payments collected from the payment processor will be stored in Transactions, that you can connect accordingly with every Sale outcome. Learn how iClosed Transactions work here.
