You will be able to add transactions in bulk from two app pages:
Global Data → any of the sections → inside the Contact Card
Before we dive in, make sure you've integrated Stripe (or any other payment processor via Zapier or Make), for Transactions to appear in your iClosed account.
#1 Connecting transactions in-bulk after adding a "Sale" call outcome
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Scheduled calls → Past calls
Add outcome to Strategy call for the lead with whom you'd like to connect transaction (payment collected)
Select "Sale" outcome and choose Objections you had to overcome for closing a deal
Deal pane will show from where you'd need to:
Click on transactions button
Select all or specific transactions related to this deal
Save and finish the rest of the deal flow
iClosed will connect all selected transactions, calculate gross deal value and move all selected transactions to "Synced" status.
Adding transactions from this menu is specifically available for past calls where outcome has not been added yet.
In case you've already added a call outcome, proceed to 2nd option explained below.
#2 Connecting multiple transactions for a specific lead from the lead Contact Card
Alternatively, you can add transactions from a lead contact card, no matter if the call outcome has been added already or not.
Navigate to Global Data → any of the sections
Locate the lead and click on it's email, for contact card to show
Click on the "Deal" button
New window will pop up from where you'd be able to:
Select a call that is associated with this deal (if it's a call with a missing outcome, it will automatically mark as "Sale" in AI Scheduler → Scheduled calls
Open transactions pane
Select one or multiple transactions and save
As explained above, iClosed will connect all selected transactions, calculate gross deal value and move all selected transactions to "Synced" status.
You will be able to select a transaction associated with different email as well. In case you do that, iClosed will ask you to include this email from transactions in contact card as leads secondary email. Check out video presentation below.
