If you are a Super Admin or a Sales Manager, you can use the main AI Scheduler filter to view calls of a specific user or a team.
While you are in the AI Scheduler tab, you will see a dropdown on the main navigation. (this main filter is visible from any page in the AI Scheduler).
Click on AI Scheduler Filter on top of your screen
Select Teams filter if any or a specific User and mark it by clicking on the "Star" icon
Switch between Upcoming and Past Calls tabs depending of which calls you would like to see
Combine this main filter with Scheduled call filters to narrow down the search if needed. Simply click on "Filter Applied" button on the right of your screen, and select additional filters, or click on "Date Range" filter next to Past Calls tab to set specific date range.
