How to add a new deal product while adding a Sale call outcome?

Adding products with Sale outcomes

Navigate to AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls → Past Calls

  1. Find a call to which you need to add outcome, and click on Add OutcomeSale and proceed with the flow

  2. Select Objection and Add Note (optionally, but highly recommended)

  3. Enter Deal details, such as value and date or pull from Transactions

  4. Click on Create new product button

  5. New window will appear for entering product information:

    1. Product Name

    2. Product Description

    3. Hit "Add Product" to finish

  6. Select Payment type (Won, Deposit)

In the end, click "Add Outcome" button to finish

Pro tips

The best way for adding new Products is before selecting Outcomes, in
Tracking → Products menu (learn more about Tracking).

By adding Products from the Tracking menu, you'll have the full overview of all at a glance, which will help you avoid creating duplicates. Click on Add new product and set them all up in no time.
