Hosts priority is powered by iClosed complex algorithm, that is affected by setup in several AI Scheduler features that is taken into consideration before calls are being assigned to Hosts.

​But, it all depends on what would you like to adjust, like for example, simple sorting priorities between Hosts by choosing High - Medium - Low or to include Conditional routing and/or Automation Rules.
