There are several reasons because of which your host may not be able to get calls scheduled. Here's the best way to troubleshoot and backtrack what may be the cause.
Start with Live event troubleshooter
The best way for understanding the actual reason on why your host is not being able to get meetings booked. The Live event troubleshooter is will provide you with the exact reason why your host is blocked which will point you to the right direction for fixing the problem.
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Events
Find the Event you'd like to troubleshoot, and click on "View Booking Page" button
Start "Troubleshooting Event" by clicking on a button on your scheduler
And select specific date and see the reason your host is blocked for a specific slot
Once you identify the reason, navigate next to where the issue can be resolved. Example:
Event Duration = Time on the slot is too short for the host to take the call, because of the duration of the event.
Not Available = Host is not available for the selected slot time
Busy on Calendar = Host is being blocked by an event in the Google Calendar

Confirming that the primary setup
Make sure that the minimum technical requirements are in place for your host to be able to start taking calls (closer/setter).
Navigate to Settings → User Management
Check if the host has:
Accepted invite to iClosed
Has Availability set
In case both are confirmed, proceed to the next step.
Troubleshooting Availability
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Availability to start with troubleshooting.
Check if the Event is deactivated from hosts Availability
Check the proper time zone is set
If these two are good, check if the user has the Date override set for the specific date.
Date-specific availability is highest in the hierarchy and will override availability and event setup (see example below).
If you still haven't found an answer, proceed with troubleshooting as follows:
Select user for which you would like to launch troubleshooter from the drop down list
Hit "Launch troubleshooter" button
Select Events you would like to troubleshoot
leaving "All Events" - set by default or
selecting a specific Event
Change dates inside the troubleshooter to check availability for a specific date and click on the "Apply" button to confirm
You'll see following details:
Day Start and Day end hours
Those are the hours set in the left side
The report will show you calendar events that are impacting your availabilities
Meeting participants
Source of the blocked Availability
iClosed: availability taken by an event from iClosed scheduler
Calendar: availability blocked by Google Calendar event
Event: name of the event from iClosed or Google Calendar
Event setup review
Hosts setup review
Check if you've added user to be the host of the event:
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Events
Select the Event you would like to troubleshoot
Click on the Hosts section and confirm User has been assigned to participate in the event.
If yes, check the priority allocation. If the priority is set to Low, and there is no enough calls for all users, hosts with higher priority will be booked first
Conditional routing
Check if the Conditional routing set for the event may be preventing your host to receive calls.
Event Time & Limits review
While you're still in Event setup, navigate to "Event Time & Limits" section real quick and check following:
if the scheduling limit set is affecting hosts availability for the current day and time: Guest cannot schedule within
Check if the buffer times set are affecting your availability: Add time before and after an event
Check if Automations → Rules are turned on
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Automations → Rules and check if there's a rule set that is maybe blocking the host to get more calls. Check in depth which users are affected, by clicking on the Rule to show more details.
