Attention
Kindly note that deleted data can not be restored and will be deleted permanently and will affect your Analytics as well. We highly recommend:
utilizing Merge contact options from leads Contact Card in case you would like to delete data because it's a duplicate or
Tagging contact with Rejected outcome from Global Data → Appointment Setting section
Deleting data from Global Data page is available from all sections, depending of the data you'd like to delete:
Contacts and Appointment Setting → to delete contact completely
Calls → to delete calls information only
Deals → to delete deals information only
Deleting Contact data
Navigate to Global Data → Contacts or Appointment Setting section
Locate contact you would like to delete
manually or by utilizing "Search" option on the top left of the screen
alternatively, you can filter out specific lead/s by selecting any of the filters that could be applied to all of them
Mark down rows you would like to delete by selecting checkbox in the Contacts column
As soon as you select more than one Contact, additional ribbon will appear on the bottom
informing you how many contacts have you selected
Option to select all contacts on the current view
Delete button on the right
Click on "Delete" button
Final warning will appear before the contacts are deleted, with the number of selected Contacts
Once you hit "Yes, I'm sure" button contact information selected will be deleted from your account
Deleting a Call or Deal data
Navigate to Global Data → Calls or Deals section
Locate contact you would like to delete
manually or by utilizing "Search" option on the top left of the screen
alternatively, you can filter out specific lead/s by selecting any of the filters that could be applied to all of them
Scroll to the far right of your screen and click on "Delete" button
Final warning will appear before the Call or Deal is deleted
Once you select "Yes, I'm sure" button Call/Deal information will be deleted from your account
Last interaction type column will show two different tags depending of the section you're deleting data from:
Calls section →
Deals section →
Deleting contacts in-bulk
In case you'd need to delete more than one Contact, here's how to apply delete in-bulk:
Navigate to Global Data → Calls or Deals section
Locate contacts you would like to delete
manually or
by utilizing "Search" option on the top left of the screen
alternatively, you can filter out specific lead/s by selecting any of the filters that could be applied to all of them
Mark down rows you would like to delete by selecting checkbox in the Contacts column
