Quick guide on available delete options in Global Data

Attention

Kindly note that deleted data can not be restored and will be deleted permanently and will affect your Analytics as well. We highly recommend:

Deleting data from Global Data page is available from all sections, depending of the data you'd like to delete:

  • Contacts and Appointment Setting → to delete contact completely

  • Deals → to delete deals information only

It is not possible to delete Calls, and the available workarounds are to cancel a call or delete contact completely (used usually with test contacts).


Deleting Contact data

  1. Navigate to Global DataContacts or Appointment Setting section

  2. Locate contact you would like to delete

    1. manually or by utilizing "Search" option on the top left of the screen

    2. alternatively, you can filter out specific lead/s by selecting any of the filters that could be applied to all of them

  3. Mark down rows you would like to delete by selecting checkbox in the Contacts column


  4. As soon as you select more than one Contact, additional ribbon will appear on the bottom

    1. informing you how many contacts have you selected

    2. Option to select all contacts on the current view

    3. Delete button on the right

  5. Click on "Delete" button

  6. Final warning will appear before the contacts are deleted, with the number of selected Contacts

  7. Once you hit "Yes, I'm sure" button contact information selected will be deleted from your account


Deleting a Deal

  1. Navigate to Global DataDeals section

  2. Locate contact you would like to delete

    1. manually or by utilizing "Search" option on the top left of the screen

    2. alternatively, you can filter out specific lead/s by selecting any of the filters that could be applied to all of them

  3. Scroll to the far right of your screen and click on "Delete" button

  4. Final warning will appear before the Deal is deleted

  5. Once you select "Yes, I'm sure" button, the Deal information will be deleted from the lead contact card.

Last interaction type column will show two different tags depending of the section you're deleting data from:

  • Deals section →


Deleting contacts in-bulk

In case you'd need to delete more than one Contact, here's how to apply delete in-bulk:

  1. Navigate to Global DataCalls or Deals section

  2. Locate contacts you would like to delete

    1. manually or

    2. by utilizing "Search" option on the top left of the screen

    3. alternatively, you can filter out specific lead/s by selecting any of the filters that could be applied to all of them

  3. Mark down rows you would like to delete by selecting checkbox in the Contacts column

  4. As soon as you select more than one Contact, additional ribbon will appear on the bottom

    1. informing you how many contacts have you selected

    2. Option to select all contacts on the current view

    3. Delete button on the right

  5. Click on "Delete" button

  6. Final warning will appear before the contacts are deleted, with the number of selected Contacts
