How do you change Lead status within a Contact Card?

Learn how to update status of a lead from inside of the Contact Card

Contact Card is the place where you can edit all contact information, and it's accessible from two pages.

Primary access is from Global Data by clicking on any of the listed contact

but alternatively, you can access it from AI Scheduler → both Upcoming and Past tabs as well. Just locate the contact, expand the call details and click on the email to access the contact card.

Once the Contact Card is open:

  1. Click on the "Status" drop down menu on the left side of the Contact Card

  2. Select an Outcome

    1. Potential → will change the status as soon as selected

    2. Disqualified → will change the status as soon as selected

    3. Qualified → will change the status as soon as selected

    4. Discovery call booked → additional action required "Add New Call"

      1. Select Event

      2. Select Host → by Event priority (Round Robin) or Manually

      3. Book a slot in Hosts scheduler

    5. Strategy call booked → additional action required "Add New Call"

      1. Select Event

      2. Select Host → by Event priority (Round Robin) or Manually

      3. Book a slot in Hosts scheduler
