How do I set lead outcome as approved or rejected in Global Data?

Or how to update contact outcome in Appointment Settings?

Appointment Setting in Global Data is a place where you can set preliminary, discovery call outcomes for the leads who are in Potential, Qualified or Disqualified status.

  • Approved → Lead qualified for Strategy Call, and will proceed to a call with Closer

  • Rejected → Lead disqualified

  1. Locate the Lead you would like to Approve, and schedule a call with the Sales team, or Reject, to block further lead journey

  2. Click on the "Outcome" button on the right of your screen

  3. Select between Approved or Rejected

    1. If Approved, you will be asked to select Event and Host, and select time and date of the call with the Sales team. After the completion, Setting Outcome badge will appear, showing Approved in green

    2. If Rejected, badge "Rejected" in red will be placed inside of Setting Outcome column

Pro tips

In order to speed up the process for adding Appointment Setting outcomes, click:

  1. Add filter button

  2. Select Setting outcome = IS pending

  3. and all leads where missing outcomes will appear on your screen
