Yes, it's possible to save filters as Smart Views. Follow the steps below:
Navigate to
Global Data and select a section you would like to set filtersSelect Columns you would like to see in the section
(reminder → each section has it's own set of columns)Click on the "Filters" button to filter out specific data you would like to see
Once selected, click on "Save As" button on top right of your screen
Name Smart View (saved filter) and
select smart view access to the view:
Public → across the account
Private → for yourself only
Navigate between sections to see results within each section. See video tutorial below:
