Smart Views are iClosed feature that allows you customize your 
Global Data section views and save them for yourself or for the whole organization (across the account for everyone to use).
Here's how:
Navigate to
Global Data and select a section you would like to set Smart View onSelect Columns you would like to see in the section
Reminder → each section has it's own available columns
Click on the "Filters" button to filter out specific data you would like to see
Once selected, click on "Save As" button on top right of your screen
Name Smart View and select would you like to keep view:
Public, across the account
Private, for yourself to see only
Navigate between sections to see results within each section

Once a Smart View is created, you will be able to access it from Filters page, by clicking on the "Filters" button and selecting any of the Smart Views you have saved.
