Navigate to
Global Data → ContactsClick on "Add filter" button
Locate Initial status filter and click on it
Set condition "is"
Select "Potential" from the dropdown menu
(this guide can be applied to all cases where you need to filter out initial status)Confirm filtering by clicking on "Apply filter" button
Selected filter will appear in the top left of your screen, and remain to be turned on, so you could switch between tabs.
In case you'd like to save this filter to avoid turning the filter on from scratch, click on the "Save as" button on the top right of your screen and load it as Smart view whenever you need it.
