By default, iClosed subscriptions renew on the renewal date listed on your
Settings → Billing page, and deactivating subscription not to auto-renew is not available. The setup in place ensures that you don't have any hold-ups while achieving successes with iClosed, caused by not paid subscription.
The steps below will walk you through on how to stop a subscription at the end of your billing cycle, so you don't have unwanted charges to your credit card.
Steps
Navigate to Settings → Billing page
Click on the "Three dots" button on the far right of your Subscription plan pane
Select "Cancel Subscription" button
And answer the exit form questions
Once completed, you will have access to the iClosed account until the end of the current billing cycle, and your credit card will not charged anymore.
Can I reactivate my account after cancellation?
Yes, you can reactivate your account up to 3 months after the subscription end date, by
logging into your account via iClosed Login page.
Once login information is filled out, you'll land to the billing page to choose plan, make payment and subscribe again.
