Learn how to utilize Disqualification feature and save time of your Hosts (Closers) to allocate time spent on calls where matters the most

Updated over a week ago

This feature helps you disqualify prospects that do not meet your sales criteria before they are able to schedule a call, which will maximize closers time to meet with the most qualified leads.

Pro tips

All contacts that have been Disqualified will be saved in your Global Data, for your setters to get in touch with if needed from Global Data β†’ Appointment Setting and find out if there's potentially a customer material.

You can disqualify a contact based on answer to their question for following question types:

  • Phone number country code

  • Radio button (Single select)

  • Checkbox (Multi select)

Radio Button and Checkbox type as disqualification criteria is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans.

Startup plan users can only disqualify a lead based on phone number country code.

Setting Up Disqualification

Here's how you can set the Disqualification rules in event setup.

  • Select Disqualification section on the left and click on "Add Disqualification" button

  • Choose a question to which you want to add disqualification rule

  • Choose the answer

    • In case of phone number you can select multiple country codes or select the whole region

    • In case of radio or checkbox type of question, you can select multiple answers

What happens with disqualified contacts?

Here is what we do with disqualified contacts πŸ‘‡

When a visitor is disqualified based on the rule you've set, they will still be redirected to time selection on scheduler. But they will not be able to book a call since they will see: "There are no time slots available for the month".
This way, the contact will not know that they were disqualified.

Important information for you is that you will not lose such leads, since they will be saved in your Global Data with "disqualified" status, so you can review and reach out to them.

Understanding the 'IF' conditions

  • You can add up to maximum 6 'IF' conditions

  • with every condition to have maximum of 2 questions.

In addition, you can select "AND/OR" between the questions inside one condition. Multiple 'IF' Conditions will have an 'OR' between them by default.

AND: Means if both the conditions are met only then a contact will be disqualified

OR: If even one of the conditions are met, the contact will be disqualified

Redirect Disqualified contacts to an external URL

If you want to redirect disqualified contacts to a specific URL, you can simply do that by turning on the toggle of 'Redirect to URL after disqualification' add the end of disqualification conditions.
