this kind of a setup requires the Conditional Routing feature which is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans (learn more here).
Here's how to set it up:
Navigate to
AI Scheduler → EventsChoose if you'd like to edit existing Event or
To create a new event
Go to Invitee Questions and click on "Add New Question" button
New window will open from where you'd need to select
Field Type = Radio button, which allows one selected answer only
Required toggle button = Turn on if you want this question to be mandatory
Click on the question title to check if there's such question already created to avoid duplicates
If not, add a question title and set host names for the options
Add as many options/answers as needed
Save changes and head to Conditional Routing
Set up Conditional Routing as follows:
IF → Select Question you've created → Select answer from the question → assign Event Host from the drop down menu
Map all options available from the questions created with host names
You can apply this setup for any case where a lead needs to be routed after the selected answer before scheduling a call with the host.
For example: different languages, different subscription plans, etc...
This will help you to serve and route leads to proper host by managing everything from only one calendar page.
Pro tips
Kindly note that if the host per answer selected is busy at scheduled time, call will be routed to any other available host according to the event host priority.
