To download invoice, navigate to Settings β Billing page, and switch to Invoices tab.
Click on the "Download invoice" button, for accessing every subscription transaction invoice, so you can store it or send to your accountant.
In case you're experiencing any issues with downloading invoices, please reach out to the Customer Support team via the chat button and we'll download them all for you, and send you via email.
In case you're invoice is past due, all iClosed features will be grayed out, but you'll be able to access Settings β Billing page. As soon as you log in, you will land directly to Billing page, could make payment, update your credit card or download invoices.
