Every Contact card now has unique URL's for easier access from Slack.

Unique URL's will be part of the Slack direct integration only for now.

Events setup improvements

Preview and quick access to Automations in Events setup

Automations are available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans.

In case you have any automation set, no matter if it's a Workflow or Rules automation, they will be visible in your event setup moving forward.

Preview of slots available for today and quick access to Event troubleshooter

Additionally, we've added preview of the estimated number of slots available for the current day for the selected event and quick access to the Event troubleshooter where you can see and see availability for each slot and understand the reasons for unavailable slots.

Disqualification external page conditional routing

Friendly reminder about the feature we've released last week.

​Premium disqualification feature is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans.

Here's how you can set the Disqualification rules in event setup.

  • Select Disqualification section on the left and click on "Add Disqualification" button

  • Choose a question to which you want to add disqualification rule

  • Choose the answer

    • In case of phone number you can select multiple country codes or select the whole region

    • In case of radio or checkbox type of question, you can select multiple answers

  • Turn the toggle button on for redirecting disqualified contacts to an external URL per selected condition
